AusPsych applies objective psychological tests in conjunction with structured behaviour-focused interviews to generate valuable intelligence to optimise the human resources process from selection and deployment through to career development and succession planning.

Our Counsellors are also able to provide a range of assessment for individual psychological issues that will help to identify some potential learning and capability problems, these include:

  • Intellectual ability testing
  • Autism/Asperger’s

Assessment Centres

We are also able to provide a contextual illustration of how an individual will performs under certain organisational/social circumstances and conditions. Individuals are measured against particular criteria using various approaches including:

  • Workplace simulation
  • In tray exercises
  • Role plays (one-on-one and group)
  • Behavioural interview
  • Psychological Assessment

Our Assessment Centres usually run from half a day to two days and can be conducted at our facilities or in your workplace. All our Assessors are briefed thoroughly on all pertinent organisational issues and objectives to ensure that Centres are structured tightly around desired outcomes.
