AusPsych is able to provide mediation services where there is a conflict between two or more people in the workplace. Our trained mediators are able to discuss the situation and provide a basis to reach an agreement about any or all future interaction between the individuals involved.
Our mediation model provides a forum in which all conflicting parties can express themselves in a clear and professional manner and to reach a fair and workable agreement. This is based on a structured approach with our trained Counsellors assisting disputing parties to work through and resolve various aspects of the conflict.
Our Counsellors are highly experienced in a broad range of areas and have developed specialist expertise in the provision of training in specific areas and are able to tailor make courses to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
As part of our service we will conduct needs analyses and gap analysis for identify all requirements and consult with key personnel to develop a good understanding of specific training needs.
