Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides assistance through short-term, professional counselling for employees and members of their immediate families who face problems of a work or personal nature. The Employee Assistance Program offers confidential and professional assistance, off-site, is voluntary and is paid for by the Employer.

Individuals can choose from face-to-face appointments at our designated locations, allowing for direct, in-person support.

For those who prefer remote access, we offer telehealth video appointments, enabling real-time, secure and confidential sessions from the comfort of home.

Additionally, our phone appointments service ensures clients can receive professional psychological support without needing internet access.

Each option is designed to accommodate varying needs and preferences, ensuring that quality mental health care remains accessible, convenient and tailored to individual circumstances.
