Fitness For Work (FFW) is a vital part of an organization’s Psychosocial Risk Management Plan, addressing both individual readiness for work and organizational risk management. FFW ensures that individuals can perform their assigned tasks safely and competently without endangering themselves or others.

AusPsych’s FFW Assessment covers psychological issues such as fatigue, absenteeism, substance misuse, anger, conflict, stress, or depression.

Organizations formally refer employees to AusPsych for FFW Assessments. Our psychologists evaluate the employee’s fitness for work, address organizational concerns, and provide feedback along with recommended strategies and management plans.
