Depression
Depression is the most common of all mental health problems with one in five people experiencing some form of depression during their lifetime. While we all feel sad or low at some stage, some people experience these feelings intensely and for longer periods of time, often without any reason. Eventually, the anxiety is so strong it can dominate the person’s thinking and interfere with their daily functioning, including work, school, social activities, and relationships.

Stress
Stress is becoming an increased problem in society and maybe accepted as the norm. Stress can cause a lot of concern for the individual and the people they relate with.
